yep yep, the time has come... our CD will be out for carnival on the F-IRE label.

RotC has teamed up with Son Veneno (Australian salseros with whom we gigged all summer 2007) to produce a fresh samba album like no other. Percussion with vocals, keys, strings and horns - hitting old and new songs in Portuguese, Spanish and English. Music from 5 countries, 27 musicians of 10 nationalities.

There are at least 9 tracks (and some other surprises) with originals from UKSamba godfather Bosco de Oliveira, and Brit-hop sensation MYSTRO, a couple of classic sambas from Xavier Osmir and Jean-Christophe Jacquin, Funk with Christiane Santana and Sara Farina and Salsa from Maurizio Ravalico (yes, salsa from a samba group!).
